Will This Fit?

Measurements are provided for each style and size. We strive for full accuracy with all measurements. If you require further information regarding what size is best for you please email us at customerservice@danaleenewyork.com.

Shipping Cost

We ship via USPS within the United States and Canada and via Fedex  for Overseas. Shipping costs depend on the selection of service, the dimensional weight of the package and the shipping destination. Rates are calculated upon checkout. If you need your order by a specific date or would like to use a preferred carrier please email us at customerservice@danaleenewyork.com and we would be happy to further assist you. Custom fees, duty charges and/or brokerage charges may apply on International shipments. This depends on the country of destination. DANA LEE is not responsible for any additional charges incurred when goods are imported into your country. Please contact us at customerservice@danaleenewyork.com for further information.

Returns

Returns, exchanges and online store credit are accepted on regular price items within 15 days of shipment. All sale items are final sale. Please email us at customerservice@danaleenewyork.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, exchange or receive store credit for. Please note all return items must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility including any unnecessary duties or custom fees that may be incurred on a return. DANA LEE is not responsible for return items that are lost in transit.

Payment

We accept PayPal as method of payment. This is secure for both buyers and sellers as all transaction are encrypted and secure. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been placed. For further information please email us at customerservice@danaleenewyork.com.

Privacy

We will not sell or disclose any of your personal information to third parties. All information provided by you is to ensure you have the best possible experience and that information will only be used internally.

Terms and Conditions

Once your order has been replaced you will receive an email confirmation. This summarizes your order however it does not confirm it. DANA LEE has the right to cancel an order at any time. Order cancellations may occur but are not limited to: lack of stock to fulfill the order, suspicion of fraud, or any discrepancies on an item’s description or price. We will contact you if we are unable to fulfill your order based on any of the reasons listed above. If we are unable to fulfill any item(s) in your order we will refund you for the item(s).
